Wolt Ads Webinar Participation Incentive – Terms & Conditions (Israel)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the incentive to participants of the Wolt Ads Webinar on May 28th, 2026.

2. Organizer

The Webinar is organized by Wolt Enterprises Israel Ltd. (“Wolt”).

3. Eligibility

The incentive is available only to business customers of Wolt (merchant partners) registered and operating in Israel and holding an active Wolt Merchant account. The Wolt Ads Free Trial is only available to those Wolt merchant partners who have not had a Wolt Ads sponsored listing campaign in the past 6 months and are eligible to run Wolt Ads campaigns (Wolt Ads is not available to merchants only selling certain restricted items, such as tobacco products).

4. Participation Requirements

To qualify for the incentive, eligible merchants must:

  1. Register for the designated Wolt Ads webinar with the same email they have registered at Wolt;

  2. Attend the webinar (attendance determined based on Wolt’s registration and participation records); and

  3. Maintain an active merchant account at the time of incentive allocation.

Incentives are limited to one per venue. 

5. Incentive

Eligible participants will receive:

5.1 Wolt Ads Free Trial

Each participant representing an venue eligible for Wolt Ads (Wolt merchant partners who have not had a Wolt Ads sponsored listing campaign in the past 6 months and are eligible to run Wolt Ads campaigns excluding e.g. tobacco shops) will gain access to a Wolt Ads free trial, the scope, format, and duration of which will be determined by Wolt at its sole discretion. The Ads campaign will continue as an always on campaign after the free trial unless cancelled by the merchant partner.

5.2 Promo Credits

Each participant will receive promotional credits with 50% co-funding by Wolt, up to a maximum value of €50 per participant. The promotional credits are valid for 30 days from issuance and may be used to order promotional campaigns via the Wolt Merchant Portal. 

6. Incentive Conditions

  • The incentive is granted once per eligible venue.

  • The incentive is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.

  • Promo credits require merchant co-funding (i.e., the merchant funds the remaining portion of the promotion).

  • Any unused credits will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

  • Wolt reserves the right to verify eligibility and participation prior to granting the incentive.

7. Application and Use

  • Incentives will be made available via the Merchant Portal. The promo credits will be communicated via email.

  • Merchants are responsible for activating and using the incentives within the applicable validity period.

  • Use of the incentives is subject to technical availability and campaign setup within the Merchant Portal.

8. Applicable Wolt Ads Terms

Use of the Wolt Ads free trial and promo credits is subject to the Wolt Ads for Merchants Terms and Conditions, available at: https://explore.wolt.com/campaigns/merchant-terms-and-conditions

In the event of any inconsistency, those terms shall prevail with respect to the use of Wolt Ads and related credits.

9. General

Wolt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign at any time;

  • Disqualify any participant that does not meet eligibility requirements or breaches these Terms;

  • Withhold or reclaim incentives in cases of misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud.

10. Privacy

Processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with Wolt’s Privacy Statement available at wolt.com.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.
