Access financing with Wolt Capital

To be eligible for Wolt Capital, your business must be at least one year old and have been active on Wolt for at least three months with a documented sales history. Additionally, your Wolt revenue must be high enough to pay for a minimum of 2500 EUR in funding with a 10% remittance rate.

The amount you can receive depends on your Wolt sales. This is typically between 5 000€ - 30 000€. If eligible, you can see your custom offer in the Wolt Merchant Portal. The pre-approved offer will include a maximum amount your business is currently eligible for. Your offer is based on your sales history on Wolt. As your business grows, you may qualify for larger amounts.

At this stage, we reach out to merchants that are eligible for financing, or you can reach out to your Wolt contact person. Through our collaboration with finmid, they analyze anonymous business data to determine the financing amount you qualify for. If you meet the requirements, you'll promptly receive an offer.

After accepting the offer, final checks are performed. Once your offer is confirmed, you'll receive an email notification and you can expect to receive the funds within 1-2 business days.

Your Wolt Capital loan offer includes the loan amount and a single, one-time fixed fee, with no hidden charges. This one-time fixed fee is clearly presented upfront when you receive your Wolt Capital offer. It is calculated based on your financial performance and risk profile, as assessed by finmid. The fee is partially distributed evenly across the repayment period of your loan and partially collected through the first couple of repayments. The fee is a fixed amount and does not change during the repayment term.

Repayments take place flexibly during a period of up to 12 months and are automatically collected as a percentage of your Wolt sales. The repayment rate can vary between 5% and 30% depending on your preference and performance, and is fixed for the entire repayment period, unless material changes to sales activity or performance occur.

finmid is a technology company whose software solution connects merchants looking for funding to SIA Ascend Finance, a European crowdfunding service provider licensed by the Bank of Latvia under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503. With the help of finmid’s software, SIA Ascend Finance facilitates loan-based financing using investors’ funds for merchants active on the Wolt platform. SIA Ascend Finance partners with investors that will be the contractual lenders for Wolt Capital if you accept an offer.
